I'm making a pot of Vegetarian Chili. it's so easy even I can do it. It uses sweet potatoes, black beans, veg broth and spices. If you ae interested let me know and I'll send the recipe along.I think it came from the Sunset website. Fisrt try was very spicy so I cut the chili in half. Still pretty zippy.
