Subject: Dumpster

I've been leaving the lids of the dumpster open because, if I don't, people throw stuff over the wall and then I just have to clean it up. I'm not sure if it's the wind, or our club members who are closing the lids, but please do not to close the lids on the dumpster. Thank you.
